Trailer Watch: Attack the Block

So when you were watching Harry Brown, were you thinking “Man, those hoodies are getting a bum rap. I’m sure they’re not so bad, put in the right situation.” Me neither. However, this year the young and morally dubious will take on aliens in Joe Cornish’s Attack the Block.

The film hasn’t grabbed gotten US distribution yet, but with a strong showing at SXSW and backing by Edgar Wright, Cornish is almost guaranteed to be bringing his science fiction comedy to our shows soon.

Attack the Block hits UK theaters on May 13, 2011.
