WGA to present terms of agreement to its members

According to a letter from the Presidents of the Writers Guild of America East and West, the WGA is finalizing the terms of a tentative agreement with the AMPTP, to be presented to its members on Saturday. But this isn’t a ratification vote; they’re just presenting it to active members for discussion and debate — “in order to get your input before making recommendations or decisions” (emphasis mine). Still, this bodes well for an end to the strike sooner, rather than later.

Information discussion between the AMPTP and the WGA recommenced on January 22.
